These Terms govern use of the Hottex Engineers inventory / web applications and related services (“System”) by authorized users. By signing in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access

• Accounts are issued only to authorized personnel.
• Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Access may be withdrawn for misuse or when no longer required.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the System only for legitimate business (inventory, production, sales, quotations, etc.).
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, security testing without approval, or sharing accounts.

3. Data

Enter accurate operational data. The organization relies on it for stock, orders, and compliance-related workflows.

4. Property

Software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Hottex Engineers Pvt Ltd or licensors.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The System is provided for internal use “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect losses from use or unavailability.

6. Changes

Terms may be updated; continued use means acceptance. Your administrator may notify you of material changes.
